Tombola Stand Supporting Animal welfare Charties

Date: April 19, 2025
Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Outside the Nat West Bank on Westborough, Scarborough
The annual Tombola stall supporting  local Animal Welfare Charities, is to be set up again.
Last year over £2,200 was raised for the PDSA, and Ryedale Cat Welfare, when Maria McGovern and her team of helpers were so grateful for the donations from local businesses
and individuals, and are hoping to at least match this year, with your help.
This year, it is in aid of CARING4CRITTERS, based at No 5 Huntriss Row, who supports directly Yorkshire Coast Dog Rescue, CrittersinCrisis, Yorkshire Seal Group and Northern Badger Group, who are all locally based animal groups and charities.

CARING4CRITTERS has secured a second shop/animal welfare hub at 18-20 Aberdeen Walk Scarborough (The former RSPA shop), which opened at the beginning of February
This organisation supports local animal groups and charities to help all animals. It also provides direct assistance to people needing help to keep their own pets.
The funds raised will also help to secure the services of a very experienced veterinary nurse, who will be available, on a part-time basis, to provide advice and procedures that she can deal with, without a vet being present.
We would be grateful for any prize donations, unwanted gifs etc, Maria , who is organising the event, and will then arrange collection in the Scarborough area.
There will be a great selection of prizes to be won.
