Radio Scarborough was at the castle on Sunday at the Big Ideas by the Sea event. Lots of folks there. A lovely location. There were occasional light showers and a very gusty wind. You can see our signage flapping around in the picture below. Our gazebo mountings were ripped by the wind !

Thursday’s Weather : A wet start to the day and clearing up later but with the chance of showers. Today’s high is a mild 19C North bay low tide at 1.31pm and high tide at 7.38pm. Radio Scarborough 107.6FM is not a commercial station, and it is funded through the kindness of local folks. We are a “not for profit” company and have zero employees. Everyone is a volunteer.
We are a dedicated group, giving the opportunity for local services and individuals to put their message across to the local community. We are your local OFCOM licensed FM radio station and on the internet .
Our small studio is in the YMCA in St Thomas Street and our transmitter is on Oliver’s Mount, the highest point in Scarborough.
